Charlotte Campus Master Plan
Reformed Theological Seminary
J•PA’s work with Colony Development Partners addresses the growing needs of the Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) and the expansion of their Charlotte campus.
Work involves the analysis of the existing campus and future needs, resulting in the development of a three-phased Master Plan that includes:
Phase I: A 60,000-sf, four-story Residence Hall comprising 72 beds in 48 units.
Phase II: A 10,000-sf Chapel and a 40,000-sf Library
Phase III: A 40,000-sf Classroom Building
About RTS
RTS was founded in June 1963 and, just three years later, opened its doors to 17 students enrolled for resident studies in Jackson, Mississippi. Since that time RTS has grown to five full resident campuses - Jackson, Orlando, Charlotte, Washington, DC and Atlanta, an extension program in Memphis, and a Virtual campus which offers distance education programs.
