Sparta Teapot Museum

The Sparta Teapot Museum has been the focus of a comprehensive and highly collaborative planning effort involving the Town of Sparta, New River Community Partners, the collectors, Sonny and Gloria Kamm, and Jenkins•Peer Architects.
As the catalyst for downtown revitalization, the Museum is expected to draw over 60,000 visitors annually, fueling the need for new shops, restaurants, galleries and overnight accommodations.
The core exhibit comprises over 10,000 teapots—arguably the largest collection of its kind in the world—and represents nearly 30 years of collecting for the Kamms.
