Venture Center
North Carolina State University

Located on an 11-acre tract of land on NC State’s Centennial Campus, Venture Center was developed through a partnership of NC State and Craig Davis Properties.

The 470,000-sf complex comprises four office buildings and a smaller office/retail building. A 1700-car parking garage completes the development.

The buildings are situated to provide easy access for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
