James M. Johnston Center for Undergraduate Excellence in Graham Memorial
UNC Chapel Hill
Work on the James M. Johnston Center includes a renovation of the existing Graham Memorial Building (ca. 1932) and construction of a new structure adjacent to the building.
The limestone-clad addition houses a multi-purpose "Commons Room," dining and food preparation areas, new classrooms, service spaces, and a new terrace.
Restoration was concentrated on the building exterior, first floor lobby, and oak-paneled Great Lounge.
