Creative Arts Building
UNC Wilmington

The  110,000-sf Creative Arts Building anchors a new quad of the UNC Wilmington campus and houses the unique spatial needs of  the University’s Art, Theatre and Music Departments.

Four new venues in the building will serve as public showcases for the University ’s campus arts programs: a 300-seat proscenium theater, a 300-seat recital hall, an art gallery, and an experimental theater.

Behind the scenes, comprehensive educational and support components include: rehearsal spaces, scenery and costume shops, acting/dance studios, art studios, classrooms, and faculty offices.
