Jenkins•Peer first began working with USC and their development partner, Craig Davis Properties, in early 2004, helping to define and reinforce USC's Vision for their new Research Campus.  Working within the University's master plan guidelines, Jenkins•Peer provided creative solutions for the Next Energy Block, Health Sciences Block and the Biomedical Research Block.

In May 2005,  our design team began programming for the Biomedical Research Center.  Today, this program forms the groundwork for our design of this 110,000 gsf facility, which will house four wet lab floors with core labs and vivarium on the lower level.
