Project Manager 

As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the full scope of projects from proposal, fee proposal, existing conditions and feasibility studies and surveys, investigations, programming, schematic design through construction documents, bidding, construction administration and close out. Candidates must have a professional architectural license. Preferred candidates will have a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, a working knowledge of Revit, and a minimum of ten years’ experience in the design industry.  

Required Qualifications 

  • Professional architectural license 
  • Experience in Revit, Microsoft & Adobe Suite and Bluebeam is a must 
  • Minimum 10 years of diverse commercial, higher education, multifamily or hospitality design experience 
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate information internally and externally, verbally, graphically and in writing 
  • Must be technically proficient in their understanding of building construction, techniques and materials 
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage own workflow 
  • Strong ability to design within stringent budgets 
  • Working knowledge of basic project management and accounting principles 
  • Construction administration experience strongly preferred  

 

Project Architect 

As an Architect you will work alongside Project Managers and be responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule for large complex projects. Candidates must have a professional architectural license. Preferred candidates will have a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, a working knowledge of Revit, and five to ten years’ experience in the design industry.  

Required Qualifications 

  • Professional architectural license 
  • Experience in Revit, Microsoft & Adobe Suite and Bluebeam is a must 
  • Minimum of five years of experience in assisting with all phases of a project 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both orally and in writing 
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined 
  • Ability to work with and coordinate engineering consultant services 
  • Proactive, resourceful self-starter who can multi-task 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

 

Project Designer 

The firm is looking for designers who are bright, detail-oriented and have a curiosity to learn and grow their skills as designers. Preferred candidates will have a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, a working knowledge of Revit, and a minimum of three to five years’ experience in the design industry with a pathway to licensure.  

Required Qualifications 

  • Experience in Revit, Microsoft & Adobe Suite and Bluebeam is a must 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the design industry 
  • Knowledge of the design process 
  • Proactive, resourceful self-starter who can multi-task 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

 

 Interior Designer 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interior design projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience and further developing your skills. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidates will have a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited school and a minimum of five years’ experience in the design industry.   

Required Qualifications 

  • Experience in Revit, Microsoft & Adobe Suite and Bluebeam is a must 
  • Strong design sensitivity 
  • Minimum 5 years of diverse interior design experience 
  • Knowledge of the design process, including F&E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Proactive, resourceful self-starter who can multi-task 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

 

Architectural Designer 

Duties: Preparing architectural drawings…Assisting in the preparation of development documents, Research on design and materials. Preparation of construction documents. Design under the Supervision of a Licensed Architect

Requirements:

  • 12 months of experience as Architect, Architectural Designer, or similar
  • Master in Architecture or Equivalent
  • Knowledge or experience with AutoCAD. Revit. Adobe Creative Suite. Microsoft Office
