BellaVita on Park, Crescent Resources' newest condominium community, is located just three miles from Uptown Charlotte.

Plans for the complex call for a four-story building with 97 condos comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

In addition to its high-end location and views of the city, this urban infill project will offer residents amenities including a pool, fitness center and gameroom.

BellaVita is being designed using the principals of green design and will be one of the region's first multifamily residential projects to achieve LEED certification.
