Hagood Reserve is a luxury townhome complex owned by Tuscan Development, which is working with Jenkins•Peer to preserve the richly-wooded natural beauty of the site.

The architecture at Hagood Reserve is reminiscent of Italian Villas and features 36 luxury townhome units, each with a view of the site’s 2.5-acre pond.  By locating parking beneath the buildings, more than half of the nine-acre site remains undisturbed.
