This 110-unit mix of townhomes, flats and lofts is part of Pinnacle Properties’ 28-acre Legacy Village mixed-use development in Mooresville, N.C.  Plans for the residential component include 13 buildings arranged around courtyard greens in an urban village setting. 

The development’s central location puts residents within walking distance of several employers, including Lowe’s Cos. headquarters and the regional medical center.

In addition to the residential component, Legacy Village will eventually feature street-level retail and upper-level office space.  Plans also call for a day-care facility, a light-rail stop and parking deck.
