President’s House

While the original house dated back to the mid-19th Century, a series of additions and renovations had left the Davidson landmark in need of both structural rehabilitation and improved space planning.

Jenkins•Peer Architects renovated the President's House, creating additional space in the family area and kitchen.  A grand new conservatory and adjacent terrace serve as an entertainment area for College functions as well as for the enjoyment of its occupants.
