Rob Hsin is a Principal and Senior Client Leader with over 35 years of experience delivering thoughtful, client-centered architectural solutions. His work is grounded in a deep belief that meaningful architecture should reflect its time, place, and cultural context—resulting in designs that are both enduring and distinctly responsive to the communities they serve.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Technology from Toronto Metropolitan University, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in Sustainability from Florida A&M University. His academic background informs a design approach that balances technical rigor with environmental responsibility and design excellence.

Throughout his career, Rob has successfully led large, multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, guiding them from early visioning through execution. He is known for his ability to translate each client’s unique goals into tailored design solutions, ensuring that no two projects are alike.
