In addressing the growing needs of the Reformed Theological Seminary’s Charlotte campus, J•PA analyzed the existing and future needs of the seminary and developed a three-phased Master Plan to guide future campus expansion.

Phase I: A 60,000-sf, 72-bed residence hall
Phase II: A 10,000-sf chapel and 40,000-sf library
Phase III; A 40,000-sf classroom building
