Originally constructed in 1980, with a third-floor addition added in 1995, the Friday Building is a three-story, 95,000-sf building on UNC Charlotte’s Main campus and currently houses the Belk College of Business.
Under the terms of our OEDS contract J•PA worked with the University to renovate approximately 6,000-sf of space on the third floor to incorporate offices, a conference room, a work/mail room, reception area, and a variety of spaces throughout offering students opportunities to relax, study, or collaborate.
