Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will manage the full scope of projects from proposal, fee proposal, existing conditions and feasibility studies and surveys, investigations, programming, schematic design through construction documents, bidding, construction administration and closeout. Candidates must have a professional architectural license. Preferred candidates will have a professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, a working knowledge of Revit, and at least ten years’ experience in the design industry.
Required Qualifications
- Professional architectural license
- Experience in Revit, Microsoft & Adobe Suite and Bluebeam is a must
- Minimum 10 years of diverse commercial, higher education, multifamily or hospitality design experience
- Ability to effectively present and communicate information internally and externally, verbally, graphically and in writing
- Must be technically proficient in their understanding of building construction, techniques and materials
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage own workflow
- Strong ability to design within stringent budgets
- Working knowledge of basic project management and accounting principles
- Construction administration experience is strongly preferred
Project Architect
As an Architect you will work alongside Project Managers and be responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule for large complex projects. Candidates must have a professional architectural license. Preferred candidates will have a professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, a working knowledge of Revit, and five to ten years of experience in the design industry.
Required Qualifications
- Professional architectural license
- Experience in Revit, Microsoft & Adobe Suite and Bluebeam is a must
- Minimum of five years of experience in assisting with all phases of a project
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both orally and in writing
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined
- Ability to work with and coordinate engineering consultant services
- Proactive, resourceful self-starter who can multi-task
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
